The Bureau for International Education Management (FiB) has been carrying out evaluations in the field of academic exchange and higher education since 1994. Our clients are academic and scientific institutions and international organizations, both at home and abroad.

We contribute experience from human resource management for companies and organizational consulting.

An FiB evaluation

• is based on sound methods of empirical social research but is implemented in a pragmatic and realistic way

• primarily uncovers deep qualitative insights and results that are then supplemented by statistical facts

•  is best suited to programs and projects in which the interaction between various different groups of actors and influential factors requires to be studied in an circumspect and competent way
