The FIB

The Bureau for International Education Management, in German Fachbüro für internationales Bildungsmanagement (FiB), is a private consulting firm working in the field of international higher education.
Its main activities are in the following three areas:

• Evaluation/quality management of academic exchange and study programs

• The advising of educational institutions in setting up and optimizing international programs 

• Individual guidance of international students and academics in respect to their personal educational and career planning in Germany

"To discover the secret of quality ‘Made in Germany’!" is the answer often given by international students and academics when asked what motivated them to come to Germany in the first place. They expect an excellent academic training and insights into the German way of working. Based on principles of human resource management and organizational development we support educational institutions in expanding their core curriculum and incorporating these key-competencies into their programs.
